General Information​

​All artwork is for personal use unless stated otherwise.

As an artist, I am free to sign the work. DO NOT remove the watermark.​

​​​​

  • I have the right to use the fanart of an existing franchise as merchandise

  • For payments above $25, I require a 50% down payment of the total to protect the commissioner and the customer. The down payment is subject to change if requested. I will only begin working once I receive the first payment. ​Any payments below $25 must be paid in full for me to begin working.​

  • You are allowed up to 3 major changes, including changing the pose or clothes before the coloring stage. More than 4 additional changes will be charged extra. (This does not include minor changes as expressed below)

  • You are allowed minor changes throughout the process, including changes in the color palette, expression, or other changes that do not affect the overall work.

  • When complete, I require the remaining payment before I send a full-res PNG/JPG via Email

Refund Policy

  • If the client requests a refund before any work begins, a full refund will be given.

  • If a refund is requested after work has started, I will take a percentage of the work completed.

    • In the rough draft phase, you will receive a 90% refund​

    • In the cleanup/flat color phase, you will receive a 50% refund

  • No refunds are accepted in the rendering or completed stage, including sketch commissions.

Communication Policy

  • Upon submitting a request, expect that I'll respond within a 36-hour window. If I do not respond within that time, feel free to shoot me a message, as I may have missed it.​

  • If I send you a message regarding a question or to confirm your request details, please respond within 10 days of my initial message. I understand everyone is busy, and I would like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Otherwise, if I do not hear back from you within 7 days, I will send a confirmation message. Afterwards, if I do not receive a response to the confirmation message within 3 days, your request will be void, and you'll need to refill the form if you'd like a commission from me.​

  • This policy is in place to respect other requests that may arrive and require a response.

  • Mecha/Armor/Scales/Weapons

  • Feathers/Frills/Lace

  • Creatures/Anthros

  • Action scenes

  • Light blood/horror/suggestive (Ask if in doubt)

I will NOT draw:​

  • Extreme Gore

  • NSFW

  • Political Art

  • Hate Art

  • Realism

  • Hyper Detail

  • Cars

  • Boats

Paypal | Venmo | Zelle | USD

  • I will send you an invoice after confirming the total cost of the commission

  • PayPal + Venmo tax will be included

  • 50% down payment to start the commission; the other 50% must be paid to retrieve the final deliverable

  • Full payment required to begin for any commission less than $25.

  • Discussion of your idea and prices can modify the final price, and I am open to negotiation.

  • Additional characters

    • Each additional character is +50% of the commission type

  • Animal/Creature companion

    • Counts as additional characters

  • Additional major changes

    • $15​

  • Complexity details (frills, wings, scales, heavy mech/armor, extra weapons, etc)

    • $10-$50​

  • Rush Orders

    • $30​

Time of Completion

Expect all orders to be delivered within 1-6 weeks after the start date.

If you have a specific date in mind, be sure to include your deadline in the commission form, and I will do my best to honor it. If you would like to confirm a deadline, any Rush Order is an extra $30 fee, and it must be placed at least a week in advance. This will allow your order to be at the top of the waitlist.

Deliverables

All work is 70 DPI unless requested otherwise.

​NO AI

  1. No-AI-Training Clause:

    • Delivered work cannot be used to train, fine-tune, or feed generative AI models without my express written consent.

  2. AI Disclosure:

    • Both sides are required to disclose if AI was used in the references, examples, or final deliverable.

  3. Human Authorship Warranty:

    • All of my work is human-made using Photoshop, which I can prove with screenshots if necessary.

  4. Input Warranty:

    • All images, references, or assets you're sending me must be completely human-made or made by you, including pose examples, mood boards, and character references.
